1. Shipping Destination
Loopni is founded in Assam, India, and will operate exclusively within India. We do not support international delivery at this stage. Delivery coverage will span major serviceable pin codes across Indian states and union territories via domestic logistics partners.
2. Pre-Launch Status
During the current pre-launch stage:
- All product listings and catalog prices represent demo preview items.
- Checkout functionality is disabled until our launch date.
- No payments or delivery commitments are accepted prior to official opening.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch (Post-Launch)
Upon store launch, orders will be confirmed via email. Standard dispatch schedules will depend on product category, production batch, and courier reach. Exact estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout once our logistics partners are linked.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, promotional free shipping thresholds, or courier fees will be determined at the time of launch and clearly stated in your cart prior to payment confirmation.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once purchasing is active and your package dispatches, an email containing your tracking AWB number and courier partner link will be provided.
